You must be at least 21 years old to use this site or purchase from it. By entering you affirm you are of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction. Do not share this site with anyone under 21.

Big Ass Brands, Inc. does not sell or ship alcoholic beverages directly. All alcohol orders are sold and fulfilled by independently licensed retailers in our fulfillment partner’s network, who act as the retailer of record. No order is accepted until it is shipped by that licensed retailer. By purchasing alcohol through this site you also agree to our fulfillment partner’s terms of service and privacy policy.

By placing an order you affirm that it is solely for your own consumption or as a gift to a person in the United States who is at least 21 years old. You may not resell any product purchased through this site.

Orders containing alcohol require an adult signature, 21 or older, with valid government-issued photo identification on delivery. Packages cannot be left unattended. We do not ship alcohol to a P.O. Box or a dry county. Alcohol ships UPS Ground in 3 to 8 business days, at $19.99 up to 24 lb. It ships to 47 states and Washington, DC, including Michigan, South Dakota, and Tennessee. It does not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Utah, or U.S. territories and armed forces mail (AS, FM, GU, MH, MP, PW, PR, VI, AA, AE, and AP). The carrier makes up to 3 attempts. A further attempt can cost another $19.99, and the original shipping charge is not refundable. A broken bottle reported within 7 days is replaced. Alcohol cannot be returned once delivered. Non-alcoholic merchandise is sold by Big Ass Brands, Inc. It is made to order and ships separately from our print partner, Printful, for a flat $8.99. It ships anywhere in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Utah, in 5 to 9 business days, and it does not require an adult signature. If your order also contains bourbon, you pay both shipping charges and receive two deliveries and two tracking numbers. We will replace items that arrive defective or in the wrong size if you tell us within 7 days. Because each piece is made for that order, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind.

We set aside $1 for every bottle and every item of merchandise in each order for donation to animal rescue organizations. The amount is displayed in your cart before checkout and recorded on your order.

You may not submit or post content that depicts or encourages irresponsible drinking, drinking by anyone under 21, or activity that is unsafe while consuming alcohol, including operating a vehicle.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict of law principles.
