• Contact and delivery details you give us: name, email, phone, address.
• Order details, including what you bought and where it went.
• Age affirmation, recorded in your browser so we do not ask every visit.
• Basic analytics about how the site is used.

We do not collect or store full payment card numbers. Payment is handled by our payment processor.

To get an alcohol order to you we pass the necessary details to our fulfillment partner and the licensed retailer filling the order. Merchandise details go to our print partner, Printful. Each has their own privacy policy. We do not sell your personal information.

If you join the list we will email you about products and the rescue program. Every email has an unsubscribe link and it works.

We use cookies and local browser storage to remember your age affirmation, keep your cart, and understand site usage. You can clear these in your browser at any time, though you will be asked your age again.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email bigassbrands@gmail.com. Some order records have to be kept for legal and tax reasons.

This site is not directed to anyone under 21 and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.
