Who actually sells you the bourbon

Big Ass Brands, Inc. does not sell or ship alcoholic beverages directly. All orders for alcohol are sold and fulfilled by an independently licensed retailer in our fulfillment partner’s network. That retailer is the retailer of record for your purchase. Your order is not accepted until it is shipped by the licensed retailer.

Bourbon ships to 47 states and Washington, DC, including Michigan, South Dakota, and Tennessee. We do not ship it to Alaska, Hawaii, Utah, or U.S. territories and armed forces mail (AS, FM, GU, MH, MP, PW, PR, VI, AA, AE, and AP). Merchandise is sold by Big Ass Brands, Inc., made to order, and ships separately from our print partner, Printful, anywhere in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Utah.

    How long it takes

    Bourbon travels UPS Ground, 3 to 8 business days. Alcohol shipping is $19.99 up to 24 lb, and a single bottle is $19.99. Then $39.98 from 24.01 to 48 lb, $59.99 from 48.01 to 72 lb, $79.99 from 72.01 to 96 lb, $99.99 from 96.01 to 120 lb, and $119.99 above 120 lb. Merchandise is a separate flat $8.99 shipment, takes 5 to 9 business days, and does not require an adult signature. Weekends and holidays sit outside those windows.

    Age and signature

    • You must be 21 or older to order.
    • All orders containing alcohol require an adult signature, 21 or older, and ID verification on delivery.
    • Packages cannot be left unattended, and we cannot ship to a P.O. Box.
    • By ordering you confirm the purchase is for your own consumption or as a gift to someone in the United States who is at least 21, and not for resale.

    Two shipments, sometimes

    Bourbon and merchandise move on different rails. Bourbon goes through our licensed alcohol carrier. Merchandise is made to order and ships from our print partner, Printful. If your order contains both, you pay both shipping charges, and it arrives in two deliveries with two tracking numbers. Your cart says the order ships in more than one part. Checkout shows both charges before you pay.

    Delivery attempts

    The carrier will make up to three attempts. If nobody 21 or older is available to sign after the third attempt, the bourbon package is returned. A further delivery attempt can cost another $19.99. Original shipping charges are not refundable. We also cannot deliver bourbon to a dry county. You can cancel within 3 hours of placing the order by emailing service@getliquidrails.com.

    Damage

    If a bottle arrives broken, contact us within seven days and we will replace it. Merchandise that arrives defective or in the wrong size is replaced the same way. We cannot take merchandise back for a change of mind, because each piece is made for that order. Alcohol cannot be returned once it has been delivered.
