The Gathering
Batch it before anyone arrives. Then actually talk to your guests.
You'll need
- 1 bottle Big Ass® Bourbon
- 12 oz fresh lemon juice
- 9 oz demerara syrup
- 16 oz strong black tea, cooled
- Lemon wheels and grated nutmeg
Make it
- Combine everything but the garnish in a punch bowl.
- Add one large block of ice, not cubes. It melts slower.
- Float lemon wheels across the top.
- Grate nutmeg over each cup as you pour.
The night-before plan
What to do the day before, that morning and an hour out, so you're with your guests when they arrive.
